職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Manage import shipment documentation and liaise with customers, customs and stakeholders for timely clearance and delivery to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and handle general inquiries from internal parties and overseas offices in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for the receipt, storage and delivery of import cargo
  • Follow up cargo status and arrange pick-up and delivery with customers.
  • Ensure efficiency and quality in the air freight process and prepare related reports.
  • Work with subcontractors and ensure efficient daily operations of the air freight import division.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required


Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above with minimum 5 years' relevant experience
  • Independent, detail conscious and able to in a fast pace industry
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Able to work on shifts (e.g. alternate Saturday)
