Job Responsibilities:

Handle phone-in pickup orders, general enquiries, and account opening procedures

Perform data entry and routine data updates in the system

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Collect customer feedback and suggestions for escalation and continual improvement

Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or above
-
1 years of solid experience in customer service
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Strong telephone manner and effective communication skills
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
Positive work attitude; polite, pleasant, punctual, and patient
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
-
Open to university students
Working Hours:
-
2 working days per week (between Mon - Sat) - Specific working days will be assigned by the company

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
