Assistant Officer (Logistics Service) - Salary + OT + Traffic

 Responsibilities:

• To input data into the system
• To act as back-up & co-support to the warehousing system
• To handle documents in daily operation
• To assist supervisor on checking the inventory with the client in daily basis
• To prepare warehousing reports if necessary
• To act as bridge to communicate with the client of the daily operation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with Logistics, Warehousing, Management or Business Studies is preferable
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Proficiency in PC operations e.g. MS Office application including Word, Excel, Power-point & Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of SAP global system
• Responsible, self-managed and willing to learn

 Working location:

• Kwai Chung area (Container Port Terminal 4) with traffic allowance
