What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for debt collection and credit control functions
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding payment status
• Perform calls to remind clients on overdue accounts through appropriate channels
• Liaise with internal and external parties for account receivable settlement
• Monitor litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal and prepare related reports

• Perform ad - hoc project as assigned
  

What are we looking for?

• Diploma Holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Credit Control
• Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Well organised to work independently
• Proficient in G suite & MS Office
• Experience in accounting system is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Credit Control Assistant
