職位描述

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accounting functions in handling full set of accounts;
  2. Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger, accounts reconciliations;
  3. Check payment details and perform settlement in system;
  4. Prepares collection reports and bank reconciliation statements;
  5. Provide general administrative supports to the Department;
  6. Handle other ad hoc assignments.


Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an advantage;
  3. Hand-on experience in accounting software and proficient in MS Office;
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, a team player with good communications skills and able to work under pressure;
  5. Immediate available is preferred.
