Director of Sales & Marketing (Residential Sales)

Our client is a well-established Property Developer, and they are now looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for Luxury Residential Properties.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, businesses, property agencies, and individuals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales and transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estates, Marketing or a related disciplines.
• Proven track record of success in residential property sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and property types.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
