職位描述

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Development:
  • Provide comprehensive comments and advice on future facility / property management
  • Work out different plans in advance including but not limited to planning of resources (such as budgeting, staffing, facilities arrangement and etc.) and formulation of documents (such as DMC, policies, standard operation procedures, operation manuals & guidelines, house-rules ®ulations, occupants guides, household users manuals and etc.)
  • Ensure operation plans to be put in place and being executed effectively and timely

Existing Portfolio:

  • Ensure all proper budgets and such plans as policies, standard operation procedures, operation manuals & guidelines, house-rules & regulations, and etc. are in place
  • Ensure smooth operation and compliance with the approved budgets and plans
  • Oversee the performance of the internal and external vendors
  • Maintain all facilities and equipment and suggest enhancement / replacement plans
  • Review and measure the services levels and suggest improvement / enhancement plans
  • Upkeep the good relationship and close liaison with clients especially the respective owners’ committee and the incorporated owners


Personal Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Housing management, Facility Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experiences of which 10 years should be at managerial level, with concrete experiences in leading pre-management for new developments
  • Well versed with the Deed of Mutual Covenant and the Building management Ordinance
  • Strong in strategies development and implementation with business acumen
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to establish rapport with all levels of people
