Customer Service / Operation Clerk - Air Cargo  客戶服務 / 操作文員–空運

Job Description

Responsibilities: 職責

  • Report to Operation Manager;
  • Responsible for operation in the air cargo charter service
  • Air operation handling procedure for new charter service
  • Monitor entire operations remotely to sustain and keep update record on-time
  • Follow up on operational matters with partners and customers
  • Ensure operation comply with the industrial and countries’ regulation

•需營運經理報告;

•負責空運包機業務操作流程及跟進;

•監控整個操作,以維持並及時更新記錄

• 與合作供應商及客戶跟進營運事宜

• 確保操作符合行業和國家法規及順利完成

Requirements: 要求:

  • HKDSE or above;
  • 2 -3 years of experience in the air cargo industry;
  • Knowledge of AWB documents and understanding of agency procedures;
  • Good English proficiency; Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word;
  • Candidates with less than 2 years of work experience, as well as fresh
  • HKDSE graduates, will also be considered for junior-level positions.

• 具有香港中學文憑或以上學歷;

• 2 年以上航空貨運行業工作經驗優先;

• 認識航空運提單(AWB) 文件,並了解代理程序;

• 良好英語,熟悉使用Microsoft Office Excel和Word;

• 2年以下工作經驗或應屆香港中學文憑畢業生,亦會被考慮聘用於初級職位。
