About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join the growing team at Triple Eagle Container Line Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our office in Kwun Tong Kwun Tong District, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customer base.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare quotation, follow shipment enquiries to customer and overseas agent
- Providing prompt, accurate, and efficient responses to customer questions and concerns
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions to maintain accurate records
- Support airfreight export operations
- Input data in operating system timely and accurately
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
- Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management
What we're looking for
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good PC knowledge
Fresh graduated are also welcome
