We are looking for a System Analyst to join our customer's project!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Design and propose system solutions that align with business goals and IT architecture.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows and user manuals.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5 years or above of experience in system analysis, design and implementation. (with at least one year working experience in Insurance Industry)
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system integration.
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, AS400 or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs and data mapping.
• Strong at Programming Languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, HTML.
• Familiarity with Linux Operating Systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management is an advantage.
