職位描述

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, this position is responsible for assisting the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions in the Company.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment activities: prepare recruitment advertisement, source and contact different recruitment channels, screen incoming resumes, shortlist candidates, make reference check, make job offer, prepare job offer letter and conduct staff orientation.

  • Payroll and benefits administration: prepare monthly payroll, tax returns and HR management reports, administer MPF, medical scheme, rental refund scheme, performance bonus scheme.

  • Performance management:  monitor probation schedules, keep appraisal records, prepare appraisal reports and calculate performance bonus.

  • Policy and guidelines:  explain the HR-related policies and procedures to staff and make sure all HR-related policies and procedures are complied with.

  • Employee relations:  assist to organise various company functions including Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, company outing and sports competition.

  • Records maintenance and HRMS: administer HRMS and make sure personnel files and HRMS records are properly maintained.

  • Any other duties as assigned by Vice President, Human Resources and Administration.

 Job Specifications:

  • Tertiary education, preferably in human resources or related field.

  •  At least 6 years relevant experience.

  •  Experience in payroll, HRMS is a must.

  •  Strong PC skills, especially Excel.

  •  Good management skills including communication skills in English and Chinese.

  •  Have initiative and can work independently and proactively.
