Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations, filing & records keeping to ensure timely payments

• Perform general accounting duties including bank reconciliations, arrange payments & cheque issuing

• Prepare general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes

• Assist in year-end audit and tax matters

• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines

• Holder of LCC Higher or above

• Min. 3 years' solid working experience

• Responsible, independent and able to work under high pressure

• Familiar with ERP system will be an advantage

• Proficient in both English and Chinese

• Immediate available preferred
