Senior Hybrid Cloud & AI Infrastructure Solutions Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure solutions, specializing in hybrid cloud architectures (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), AI/HPC compute clusters (NVIDIA GPU series A100–GB200), and mission-critical systems integration.

• Provide expert-level technical support and root cause analysis for complex hardware/software failures across cloud data center infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) and on-premise high-availability systems (Oracle Exadata, PCA, ZFS Storage).

• Optimize system performance and reliability for large-scale deployments, reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) by ≥35% through advanced diagnostics and preventive maintenance strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors (e.g., VMware, Red Hat, HPE) to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client SLA requirements in sectors like finance and telecommunications.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to streamline troubleshooting and empower team capabilities.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support, with at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS/Azure) and AI/GPU-accelerated computing environments.

• Must have extensive expertise in Oracle hardware ecosystems (SPARC servers, Exadata, PCA, ZFSSA) and NVIDIA GPU troubleshooting (e.g., A100, H100, H200).

• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, NVIDIA AI Infrastructure, or related credentials are advantageous.

• Proven ability to handle 24/7 mission-critical support and coordinate with global vendors under pressure.
