Senior Building Service Engineer (Ref: CBD-FS2-2025-376)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day coordination, supervision, monitoring and documentation of building service installations

• Prepare Combined Services Drawings and Combined Builder’s Work Drawings

• Handle vetting of submissions relating to equipment, material and drawing

• Implement the project by working with project team and sub-contractor in terms of delivery, time line, budget and quality

• Monitor site work progress, workmanship and safety standard and deliver the project on time and effectively

• Attend regular site meetings and prepare site reports

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years of relevant site experience preferably gained from main contractors

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• With knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations

• Experience in handling BS coordination for building construction project is preferred

• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination with sub-contractors

• Knowledge of using AutoCAD, co-ordination and production of CSD / CBWD

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Building Services Engineer

• Immediate available is highly preferred
