General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for our factories in the Greater Bay Area
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage all human resources functions including talent acquisition, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align manufacturing and HR strategies with the broader business objectives
• Represent the organization and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar General Manager or Operations Management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and maximizing productivity in a complex, multi-site environment
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality control
• Proficient in HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, in addition to English, is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
