Operation Center Operator

About the role

UISEE Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a talented Operation Center Operator to join our team. This full-time position will be based in the Airport Area Islands District. As an Operation Center Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our autonomous vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Closely monitor the live operations of autonomous vehicles through the Remote Monitoring Unit.

• Report the fault occurred on the fleet to the fault handling team.

• Deploy resources to assist the fault handling team to attend site and resume operations efficiently.

• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders such as the Airport Authority and other service contractors to ensure smooth autonomous vehicles operations.

• Compile operations logs and reports on a daily basis.

• Shift duty is required.

• Job Location: Hong Kong International Airport

What we're looking for

• Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed; associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will also be considered​

• Working experience in the aviation industry and understanding of ramp handling operations would be an advantage.

• Independent and able to work under pressure.

• Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 1, 2 endorsement is highly preferred.

• Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint​

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
