航運部/市場研究崗 Shipping Department/Market Research Specialist

工作內容：

1. 負責乾散貨航運市場信息的搜集、跟蹤與統計分析，撰寫專業市場報告，為公司決策提供數據支撐；

2. 參與乾散貨航運市場專題會議，協助開展船隊經營狀況分析及深度市場研究工作；

3. 收集租船市場動態信息，承擔租約文本校對、成交記錄系統錄入工作，協助跟進租船合同全流程執行；

4. 研判市場走勢與行業趨勢，協助制定科學有效的經營策略，深度參與船隊運營、貨載攬取等核心業務；

5. 完成公司領導及部門正、副總經理交辦的其他相關工作。

任職要求：

1. 本科及以上學歷，航運管理、國際經濟與貿易、金融等相關專業，全日制海事院校畢業優先。

2. 有乾散貨航運、航運市場研究或相關行業工作經驗者優先考慮。

3. 英語溝通與郵件寫作能力流利，可熟練開展商務溝通及專業郵件撰寫，溝通表達能力突出。

4. 具有良好的數據分析能力與報告撰寫能力。

5. 能適應船舶全球營運的時差工作節奏，抗壓能力強，吃苦耐勞。

6. 具備較強的自主學習能力與靈活解決問題的能力，邏輯思維清晰。具備優秀的團隊合作精神與高度的責任心。
   
   Job Responsibilities:

   1. Responsible for collecting, tracking, and statistically analyzing dry bulk shipping market information; writing professional market reports to provide data support for company decision-making.

   2. Participate in thematic conferences on the dry bulk shipping market; assist in analyzing fleet operating conditions and conducting in-depth market research.

   3. Collect dynamic information from the chartering market; undertake tasks such as proofreading charter party texts and inputting fixture records into the system; assist in tracking the full execution process of charter contracts.

   4. Research and judge market trends and industry developments; assist in formulating scientific and effective operational strategies; deeply engage in core business areas such as fleet operations and cargo acquisition.

   5. Complete other related tasks assigned by company leadership and the department's General Manager and Deputy General Managers.

   Qualifications:

   1. Bachelor's degree or above in Shipping Management, International Economics and Trade, Finance, or related fields. Graduation from a full-time maritime institution is preferred.

   2. Prior experience in dry bulk shipping, shipping market research, or related industries is preferred.

   3. Fluent in English communication and email writing, capable of proficiently conducting business communication and writing professional emails, with outstanding communication and expression skills.

   4. Possess strong data analysis and report writing skills.

   5. Ability to adapt to the work rhythm across time zones required for global vessel operations, strong resilience under pressure, hardworking, and diligent.

   6. Strong self-learning ability and flexible problem-solving skills, with clear logical thinking. Excellent team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
