船員財務與文書

主要工作內容

1. 負責船隊安全文化建設；

2. 船員心理健康諮詢和協調，開展船員心理方面的培訓，與心理諮詢專家對接，辨識和解決船員心理問題；

3. 船員證書、CBA 會籍管理；

4. 協助船員財務報表 / 系統數據錄入工作。

任職條件

1. 擁有心理學專業或海事管理的學士學位或同等學歷，碩士以上學歷優先；

2. 對船員管理的企業文化建設和船員心理健康管理有濃厚的興趣，並有獨特的見解；

3. 具備流利的英語口語和書面表達能力；

4. 精通微軟 Office 辦公軟體及相關文檔管理軟體；

5. 了解並能運用人工智慧工具輔助工作者優先；

6. 具備優秀的領導能力、管理能力和溝通技巧，能夠有效協調團隊並與利益相關方協作。
   
   Job Responsibilities

   1. Oversee the safety culture development of the fleet;

   2. Provide counseling and coordination for crew members' mental health, organize mental health training for the crew, liaise with psychological counseling experts, and identify and address crew mental health issues;

   3. Manage crew certificates and CBA memberships;

   4. Assist with the preparation of crew financial statements and system data entry.

   Qualifications

   1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or Maritime Management; a master’s degree or higher is preferred;

   2. Strong interest in corporate culture development for crew management and crew mental health management, with unique insights;

   3. Proficient in both spoken and written English;

   4. Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and relevant document management software;

   5. Preference will be given to candidates who understand and can utilize AI tools to support work;

   6. Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills; capable of effectively coordinating teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
