Sales Marketing & Planning Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Being our Sales Marketing & Planner Officer, you will need to responsible to:

• Review and analyse customer pricing requests submitted by sales representatives.

• Collaborate with the pricing team to assess cost structures, market trends, and profit margins.

• Prepare pricing proposals and justification reports for internal approval.

• Maintain pricing databases and update records for accuracy.

• Support sales teams with ad-hoc pricing strategies and negotiations.

• Monitor competitor pricing and industry benchmarks.

In order to succeed in this role, you:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Economics**, or related field.

• Working experience in analysis in field of Sales operations or Financial sector

*(fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered).

• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Fluent in **Japanese , Mandarin is a must.

• Prior experience in **manufacturing, B2B sales, or electronics/components is advantage

• Software/tools uses (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) is advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Mature, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking, independent and patient

• Immediate available is highly preferable
