职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager in the creation of O2O (online-to-offline) marketing plans for appointed market.

  • Manage and coordinate all rounded marketing initiatives to drive commercial results.

  • Initiate, plan, propose, develop/repurpose, and oversee marketing materials as needed by the market.

  • Handle company’s events (both online and offline) as the project owner to drive exposure and attendance among the target groups.

  • Support in drafting and editing of bulletins, emails, press releases, news and updates, etc.

  • Work closely with Business Development team on a daily-basis and coordinate with a matrix of internal teams or external parties.

  • Act as the key window and gatekeeper of marketing projects and strive for high standards in deliverables.

  • Support to other markets and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, major in Marketing or business-related disciplines; Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Information Technology will also be highly preferred.

  • At least 2 years all rounded B2B marketing experience, specialized in digital marketing, social media, events and PR, and strong commercial sense are preferred.

  • Previous work experience to manage an event as a tradeshow exhibitor or sponsor is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of design software or web-based tools, such as Canva, MailChimp, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Alchemer, etc.

  • Strong willingness to learn with good interpersonal, communication skills, sense of logic and is adaptable to quick changes.

  • Well-versed in written and verbal English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be in an advantage.
