Content Marketing Specialist

About the Job:

Content Creation

• Develop, deliver and implement content marketing strategy and editorial plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Plan, create, optimize and manage content with high quality standard, and implement in different digital platforms of the Company, including but not limited to social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, LINE) etc. across Greater China
•  Responsible for copy-writing, editing, proof reading with refreshing angles for social media, promotion campaigns and digital platforms
• Work proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners, be the key content gatekeeper for the Company, to review and control the quality of all related content, on time and in high quality

Social Media Management

•  Maintain and ensure all social media channels are up-to-date, accurate with good daily monitoring
•  Enhance follower engagement, growth and tracking performance through sound and effective editorial content and digital marketing campaigns

Digital Development

• Maintain, optimize and boost traffic and customer engagement to the Company through different digital channels and campaigns
• Follow closely on trending topics, social media trending platforms and the competitive landscape to blend in and maintain the Company’s social media platforms and activities are up to trend with brand awareness enhancement
• Devise an effective digital marketing plan and calendar with quality content and strategic social media advertising for fans acquisition, retention and conversion
• Prepare and compile analytics in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of each digital campaigns, and deriving useful consumer insights
• Manage and control digital marketing budget and expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in journalism, communications, marketing, multimedia or related discipline
• 2 – 5 years of solid experience in creative and social media marketing
• Experience in media, digital or PR agency is an advantage
• Editorial mindset, creative, curious, proactive
• Excellent editing, copywriting and proof-reading skills in Chinese and English
• Cheerful, energetic, positive and flexible yet detail-minded and responsible, able to motivate independently and effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong digital sense with high sensitivity to market trends
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
