Marketing Communications Executive / Assistant

To explore opportunities for campaigns, plan & implement which for sales increase and brand awareness

• To handle social media and digital marketing tasks to generate leads, enhance customer relationship and promote e-services
• To identify new digital marketing trend and recommend new social media platform to the Head
• To support the Head for all aspects of Marketing activities from planning through execution
• To establish online training system & provide training courses to customers and business partners
• To conduct market survey, analysis, reports
• To draft and edit marketing and promotional collaterals, press releases, speeches, script of presentations
• Ad hoc tasks might be assigned as well

Job Requirements:

• Diploma graduate with minimum 1 years of experience in marketing and communications, specialized in e-Marketing is an advantage (F5 graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experiences will also be considered)
• Pleasant and outgoing personality, mature, well-organized, proactive, helpful and detail-minded
• Strong sense of responsibility with positive, “Can do” working attitude as well as ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Good command in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of Graphic Design software is an advantage
• 5 days work

工作職責：

• 探索活動機會，規劃和實施以提高銷售額和品牌知名度
• 處理社群媒體和數位行銷任務，以產生潛在客戶、增強客戶關係並推廣電子服務
• 辨識新的數位行銷趨勢並向主管推薦新的社群媒體平台
• 支持主管行銷活動從規劃到執行的各個方面
• 建立線上培訓系統，為客戶和業務合作夥伴提供培訓課程
• 進行市場調查、分析、報告
• 起草和編輯行銷和促銷材料、新聞稿、演講、簡報
• 也可以指派臨時任務

工作要求：

• 擁有至少 1 年行銷和傳播經驗、專門從事電子行銷的文憑畢業生優先（也將考慮具有至少 1-2 年經驗的 F5 畢業生）
• 開朗、成熟、有條理、積極主動、樂於助人、注重細節
• 強烈的責任感和積極的「我能做」的工作態度以及獨立工作和同時處理多項任務的能力
• 精通中英文口語和書面語，國語流利
• 熟練 MS Office 應用程式和中文文字處理
• 了解平面設計軟體是個優勢
• 5天工作制
