Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst

Reporting to Finance Director, this role will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to assist senior management in strategic decision-making and thus achieving the organization goals.

What you do:

• Prepare regular business and financial reports by collecting, formatting and analyzing business and financial data from various Southeast Asian (SEA) entities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and Annual Operation Plan (AOP) development of SEA region

• Assist in business process review and system development / implementation, and to streamline financial reporting and analysis process

• Develop reporting tool that can help business owners and finance team to improve reporting efficiency

• Monitor business trending and analyze the cause of variances and to develop corrective measures

   

Who you are:

• University degree holder, preferably in accounting and finance

• 5-8 years of financial planning and analysis experience, less experience shall be considered as analyst

• Advance excel, formula skills and report presentation skills (chart, bridging diagram etc), preferably with database knowledge but not necessary

• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with stakeholders of different culture and background

• Detailed oriented, self-motivated and drive for excellency

• Oracle finance knowledge is preferable but not essential
