To accelerate business growth, we are looking for a high-calibre - You to join our cohesive community! In this role, you will work with experienced crews in our Credit  team, reporting to the Head of Credit. You will be a good fit:

In this role, you will perform:

• Provide daily support on operations to the Credit team, including but not limited to pre-application background search, document search, site-visit and documentation follow-up etc；

• Handle data input in loan system；

• Prepare loan agreements to facilitate loan drawdown ；

• Communicating both internally and externally to ensure smooth operation (Sales, Collection Department etc)；

• Assist in handling ad hoc projects and outdoor work when required.
   

Requirements:

• High diploma or above;

• Minimum 1 year of work experience;

• Sound knowledge of credit and Customer Relationship Management is an advantage;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others;

• With good phone manners and a customer service mindset;

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
