Project Executive - Fabrix Team (Contract)

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

1. Report to the producer and project manager of the project, to assist in execution of exhibitions, events, conferences, promotional campaigns and other creative activities for a digital fashion project in Hong Kong.

2. Assist in preparation of all documentation related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project. Provide general administrative duties support to the project team.

3. Assist in handling executional work for PR, media and social media promotion campaign for the overall events and each participating fashion designer

4. To handle logistics, data collections, research, overall administration work and insurance matters of events.

5. Handling communication, logistic and basic setup and move-in for event participants.

6. Irregular working hours required.

Experiences & Qualities

1. At least 4 year of working experience in execution of fashion related project, exhibitions, events and promotional campaigns. Past working experience in the creative, art or cultural field would be an advantage.

2. Self-motivated as a team player in a small but passionate and energetic team.

3. Passionate in fashion or technology related topic and knowledge

4. Possess good communication skill. Able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Be open-minded, flexible and sensiblein dealing with different people with diversified backgrounds and cultures.

5. Passionate in design, fashion, arts and culture.

6. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
