Job Description:

We are a dynamic start-up e-platform in the FreightTech and FinTech industries, seeking a Senior Customer Care Specialist/Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Proactively explore new client opportunities through warm calls and relationship building.
• Maintain and update client records and profiles to ensure accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to strengthen relationships and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care, account service, or related fields, preferably in the freight, logistics, e-platform industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability preferred.
