Job Description
Responsible for:
• Provide administrative support and documentation for sales team, e.g. handling registration lists, receipts and invoices, sales reports etc.
• Perform customer service-related duties including resolving customer enquiries via phone call, email, Facebook and WhatsApp
• Assist in various promotional activities / operation
• Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned
• Being a team player to back up other functions of administration and operation work
• Data Entry,Providing Support for the member system
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Proficient in MS office including Chinese Word Processing
• Good telephone manners
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Pleasant, outgoing and client-oriented. Experience & interest in customer care preferred
• Willing to learn and hard working
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualification.
