Responsibilities:

Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations

Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide service to residents

Qualifications:

Form 5 graduation above academic qualification

At least 1 year experience in customer services

Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)

Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English

Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
