Solution Manager (Presales Network/System Maintenance Solutions)(A56408)

We are seeking a Solution Manager/Consultant to design and deliver IT maintenance and support solutions (Network, Security, Server, Storage). You will collaborate with sales to assess client needs, develop Managed IT, Break-Fix, and Proactive Maintenance proposals, and act as a technical advisor.

About the Role:

• Works closely with sales teams to understand client requirements for IT maintenance and support services.
• Acts as a technical advisor to clients, explaining IT maintenance and support offerings.
• Focus in Network / Security / Server and Storage products maintenance services selling.
• Tailors Managed IT Support, Break-Fix, and Proactive Maintenance solutions according to customer needs
• Creates technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and cost estimates, align with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and industry best practices.
• Conducts proof of concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase service capabilities.
• Performs gap analysis between client needs and existing IT support services.
• Collaborates with vendors to integrate third-party maintenance solutions.

About You：

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems
• 5+ years in presales role in IT support/maintenance solutions

• Holder of the following certifications is preferred:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent
  • CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
• Communication: Ability to explain technical terms to non-IT stakeholders.
• Negotiation: Balancing client budgets with profitable service delivery.
• Analytical Thinking: Diagnosing client pain points from limited data
