Solution Consultant (Pre Sales, Infrastructure)

Job Description:

• Assist the sales, understand the business pain points of customers through active communication with key customers, develop differentiated solutions through effective competitors’ analysis;
• Responsible for the pre-sale communication and technical fulfill requirement of large project tender and complete the project-related technical scheme documents;
• Responsible for the Key Account's technical presentation and deployment;
• Provides consultative direction and technical advice relating to the enterprises’ network infrastructure, addressing reliability, availability, scalability, security, and recovery;
• Take the senior role on technical escalations and drive incidents/problems until resolution utilizing advice;
• Work with internal technical teams and vendors for product placement and feature improvements for reliability, availability, and serviceability;
• Creation of Solution Diagram;
• Proposal Writing and project presentation and demonstration

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3+ years pre-sales / post-sales support experience
• Could learn business knowledge quickly, have certain solution technical foundation, familiar with mainstream IT technical knowledge, have unique insights on pre-sales solutions, solution sales experience is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good experience in pre-sales consultancy services and post-sales services in relation to IT Solutions (Infrastructure / Networking) such as Networking, Security, Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Managed Services, Data Centre, etc.
