Application Solution Consultant

DESCRIPTION

Boardware is looking for high caliber talents and technical specialists to be one of our professional team. To support our continuous service development and business expansion, this role will work with our business consultation & cyber security department and contribute with whose Brilliant, Bright, Best capacities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist account managers in designing tailored IT solutions with a strong focus on business analysis and customer needs
• Prepare solution proposals that highlight business value, ROI, and strategic alignment, in collaboration with technical consultants
• Translate customer requirements into AI-integrated solutions that address specific business challenges
• Promote AI solutions to Hong Kong clients through meetings, presentations, and demos—primarily in Cantonese
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor activities to inform business strategy
• Provide market analysis and recommendations to refine sales strategies and solution offerings
• Propose and develop forward-thinking, AI-driven solutions in collaboration with internal teams to differentiate offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience in IT sales or presales, preferably with exposure to AI applications
• Moderate technical understanding of AI, IT systems, and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with current AI tools, platforms, and applications
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking in applying AI to solve problems
• Skilled in preparing solution proposals with a customer-centric and analytical approach
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation through AI
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
• Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor research
• Team-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage both presales and business development tasks effectively
