Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, maintain existing client relationships, and explore new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans and monitor execution to achieve company targets.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to optimize sales strategies.
• Manage key client relationships and participate in critical contract negotiations.
• Report sales progress and market insights to senior management regularly.
• Adaptability to frequent client visits and regular travel to Shenzhen or oversea.
• Able to handle complex business negotiations and solve various challenge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in I.T., Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience in I.T./ Fintech industry, with 2+ years in team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
• Native Cantonese, business-level English, and working proficiency in Mandarin.
