Objective of the Position:

Join YesStyle.com as a Marketing Assistant and play a key role in driving our global marketing efforts! You will collaborate closely with team members across channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok, managing impactful campaigns in the US, Europe and Asia to achieve our company’s goals. You will gain hands-on experience in managing budgets and leveraging Google Ads (Shopping, Search, and Display) to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and app.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Paid Search Campaigns: Support the execution of Google Shopping and Search campaigns via Google Ads platforms.

• Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze performance metrics to strategically assess progress, optimize campaigns within budget, and meet growth targets on schedule.

• Drive Data-Driven Improvements: Leverage data to continuously enhance campaign performance with informed decisions.

• Analyze Trends and Results: Utilize spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends, interpret results, and inform strategic decisions.

• Troubleshoot and Innovate: Diagnose campaign delivery and performance issues, ensuring consistent improvement and identifying opportunities for new campaigns.

• Collaborate on Localized Campaigns: Partner with Country Team members to develop and refine localized campaigns in multiple languages.

• Conduct Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive reviews, provide actionable recommendations based on learnings, and align with industry best practices.

What You Have:

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a knack for working with numbers and data-driven decision-making.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus and attention to detail in managing complex tasks.

• Team Player: Collaborative and proactive attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.

• Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in startups or media agencies preferred; open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.

• Certifications: Google Skillshop certification (e.g., Google Ads) is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.

• Communication: Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
