Job Description

工作內容

  • 負責餅房日常生產工作,包括材料準備、麵團處理、蛋糕製作及各類西式甜點的組裝與裝飾。

  • 依照標準食譜及流程製作高品質糕點產品,確保出品穩定一致。

  • 嚴格遵守食品安全與衛生規範,保持工作區域清潔整齊。

  • 配合團隊完成每日生產任務,並按時出貨或供應門市所需商品。


工作要求

  • 具備至少一至兩年餅房或烘焙相關工作經驗,熟悉西式糕點製作流程。

  • 08:00-17:00上班,需輪班工作,包括週末及公眾假期輪值。

  • 具良好溝通能力,能與團隊成員協作,承受高峯時段工作壓力。

  • 持有相關烘焙證照或接受過專業培訓者優先考慮。
