Marketing Executive/ Marketing Assistant

The Role

• Plan and execute content for online and offline marketing activities/ad-hoc events.

• Manage company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiao Hong Shu and YouTube.

• Create, curate, and publish engaging marketing content on social media, including copywriting, providing visual and video creative directions to increase fan interaction and brand exposure.

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans to attract new members, expand the community, and enhance its reach.

• Monitor market trends and competitors, and propose relevant strategy adjustments.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metric by utilizing various tools but not limited to GA, Meta, and YouTube.

• Provide recommendations for improvements to optimize marketing strategies and maximize outcomes.

• Cultivate relationships and manage collaborations with key influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), to achieve desired promotional results.

• Assist in organizing events and exhibitions.

• Any other ad hoc projects to be assigned

Requirement

• Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplines with at least  1-2 years' marketing experience in digital/advertising/event marketing

• Creative, independent, proactive and willing to take challenge

• Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline and quality

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team

• Sound knowledge in digital and social media, experience in WeChat, Douyin and Xiaohongshu marketing will be an advantage

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as MA. Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
