Officer (Partnership Engagement) P3-OFFICERP-CPE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably in event management, public relations, journalism, communications, marketing or business;

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in fundraising, event / project management or partnership development. NGO experience is preferred;

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written;

• With experience of CRM/ database management is preferred;

• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing is preferred;

• Proactive, detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently under pressure with a positive can-do, active-learning and self-motivated attitude;

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Duties:

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing partnership initiatives, fundraising events/ pro-grams across online-and-offline (O2O) platforms, such as flag day, charity sale, charity raffle and other fundraising campaigns for individual donors;

• Explore new partner prospects and fundraising opportunities, as well as plan and execute collaboration programs.
