Growth Hacker and Marketing Analyst

Role Overview:

As our Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, engagement and lifetime value through insightful data analysis and continuous experimentation. Working cross-functionally, you will glean actionable strategies from analytics and ensure proper reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage business intelligence to understand market opportunities
• Comprehend database relationships to extract meaningful insights
• Draw conclusions from metrics through sophisticated analytical skills
• Quantify campaigns and showcase performance via clear, vivid reporting
• Establish standards for tracking KPIs across touchpoints and systems
• Oversee analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize channels, site and apps
• Continuously refine campaigns through through A/B/n testing
• Develop appealing custom dashboards and reports using preferred platforms
• Create compelling weekly presentations analyzing trends and recommendations
• Produce lucid monthly/quarterly executive updates on achievements and pathways ahead
• Ensure reports tell engaging stories and successfully share strategies organization-wide
• Oversee tagging implementation and collaborate with engineers on integrations
• Train colleagues on dashboard utilization and facilitate insightful data discussions
• Consistently refine frameworks tailored to evolving stakeholder necessities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an analyst, scientist or growth marketer
• Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics or related field preferred
• Expertise with Google Analytics, SQL, and dashboarding tools like Data Studio
• Proven track record developing informative, visually pleasing analytic reports
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate data for audiences
• Experience reporting to C-level executives and presenting complex topics simply
• Track record influencing decisions and gaining buy-in through persuasive reports
• Passion for iterative betterment through testing and being data-driven
