Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic marketer to lead digital communications, brand storytelling, and visual content development. The candidate is a strong communicator with experience in managing digital platforms, campaigns, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Management
· Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Create and oversee engaging multimedia content (videos, reels, banners) to drive brand visibility and audience engagement.
· Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (SEM, YouTube, and social media ads).
· Monitor analytics and insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
· Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms and materials.
· Develop and enforce brand guidelines for design, tone, and messaging.
Creative Strategy & Content Development
· Develop and execute creative concepts and content strategies to support marketing and business goals.
· Oversee the production of visual and multimedia materials for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
· Lead the end-to-end creative process—from ideation to delivery—ensuring quality and consistency.
· Provide creative direction for event visuals, digital displays, and promotional materials.
Public Relations & Communications
· Plan and implement PR strategies to build and protect the company’s reputation.
· Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, and corporate communication materials.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, parents, schools, and community partners.
· Coordinate media interviews, press events, and publicity campaigns to promote key initiatives.
· Support crisis communication and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels.
Team & Collaboration
· Supervise and mentor designers and content creators.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
· Support the execution of marketing, social media, and event projects as assigned.
· Ad hoc project support as assigned by Marketing Manager and Director
Requirements
· Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or any related discipline;
· 5 year+ solid experience marketing field, preferably in people service industry in Hong Kong and in Greater China;
· Strong understanding of social media management, digital advertising, and content strategy.
· Hands on experience in press release writing, copy writing of communication materials, promotional campaigns, social media, website and event organization; or knowledge in psychology and SEN preferred;
· Excellent presentation, organization, interpersonal, communication skills and relation building with all levels;
· Pro-active, can-do attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and able to handle multi-tasks ;
· Excellent in written & spoken English;
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing, Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools.
