Property Manager / Senior Property Officer

Job Duties:

University graduate with related property management qualifications in MCIH, HKIH or RPHM or equivalent.

• 3 years relevant exp. in portfolio building management & I.O. Service
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances.
• Good written & spoken in English and Chinese with computer skill
• PC organization & communication skill
• Strong leadership, Willing to work outdoor & overtime

• Independent & capable to work under pressure
