Responsibilities:

Handle the property handover work and follow up the defects rectification

Handle the general enquiries and complaints

Assist in ad hoc tasks
Requirements:

F.7 or above
-
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or property management or customer service is preferable

Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiar with MS Office
-
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Handover Officer / Senior Customer Service Officer
