We are 24/7 FITNESS and have more than 150 outlets in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling daily leasing enquiries and all leasing administrative matters.
· Comply with the leasing policies and procedures of the company;
· Negotiate existing and new leases within acceptable terms and budgets and maintain good business relationship with the leasing agent and the landlords;
· Supervise the implementation of leasing offer and payment including checking all the rental agreements, letter and voucher;
· Co-operating with the other business units to handle the leasing matters;
· Handle the tenancy administration works and prepare the data of leasing status reports and summary;
· Conduct market research and gather market information; and
· Perform any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Property Management/Business Administration (or related disciplines) is highly preferred;
· Minimum 2 years of experience in property and/or lease management related to commercial leasing;
· Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
· Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
· Strong data handling and analytical skills;
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
· Immediate available will be an advantage; and
