Job Description
Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operation of commercial properties portfolio
-
Handle enquiries and complaints from residents;
-
Assist in handover / takeover of properties
-
Attend IO/OC meetings
-
Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and services providers
-
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines
-
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in managing commercial properties;
-
Familiar with DMC, BMO, Landlord & Tenant Ordinance will be an advantage
-
Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g: MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
-
PMP license holder (P1/P2) is a must
-
Good MS Office skill & good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Property Officer
-
Immediate available is highly preferred
