Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Collect and analyse property / financial data mainly in Chinese mainland and overseas

Assist in developing real estate valuation model, financial models and performing financial analysis
-
Assist in performing valuation assignments/ feasibility studies involving property, business, intangible assets and financial instrument

Draft valuation and market research report
-
Assist in preparing proposals and presentation materials for existing and potential leads
Requirements
-
Fresh graduates will be considered, degree in real estate / financial discipline could be an advantage
-
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
-
Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Willing to travel to Chinese mainland
