Leasing Manager/ Senior Leasing Manager (Commercial Building)

Our client, a MNC property investment company , is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Senior Leasing Manager/ Leasing Manager (5 days/ up to 75K)

• To assist in all leasing matters of Hong Kong commercial projects
• Handle new letting/ renewal cases including preparation of budget/ report
• Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc
• Handle all enquiries of leasing/ complaints and prepare relevant legal documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in property leasing and marketing
• Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
