Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources including staff compensation and benefits, processing monthly Payroll/ MPF, tax returns, recruitment, staff relations, training & development related issues.
• Provide a responsive, accurate advisory on payroll matters, resolve difficult enquiries and assist in identifying payroll errors and implementing corrective action
• Ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
• Ensure legal compliance of HR policies and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
• Immigration administration, regional visa applications and renewals.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from ads posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal and new staff orientation.
• Support frontline for implementation of HR strategies and projects.
• Generate and prepare related HR reports for the management reviews
• Maintain accuracy of employee payroll record between HR & Finance
• Support the HR Manager with implementation of change initiatives and projects
• Perform ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in Human Resources preferably in Beauty Retail
• Experienced in processing payroll, strong sense in number, attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment law / Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
• Ability to work with Confidential information is crucial.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and HRIS system
• Fluency of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in fast paced energetic environment
• More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
