Assistant Key Account Manager

職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and develop key wholesale accounts, including major retail chains and online platforms, to build sustainable business partnerships.
  • Proactively formulate sales strategies and achieve sales targets through data analysis and market insights.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to deliver professional product presentations and tailored promotional solutions to clients.
  • Prepare sales analyses, forecasts, and market reports on category trends and competitor movements.
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth operations and services.
  • Conduct regular store visits and merchandising checks to monitor product performance and gather frontline feedback.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience, experience in international companies focusing on eyewear, fashion accessories and consumer goods is highly preferred
  • Experience in customer service and sales administration will be an advantage
  • Well organized, attention to details, with good analytical skill and strong numerical sense
  • Proactive, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Out-going person and a good team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
