Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients by introducing Digital Experience, MarTech, AI/Automation, e-Commerce, and Website/CMS Solutions to customers and partners.
- Explore new business opportunities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, and APAC to expand the company’s solution footprint.
- Prepare professional solution proposals, sales quotations, and tender/RFP documents, and coordinate product or solution presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, presentation, proposal preparation, follow-up actions, and final deal closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and proactively develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads and marketing events.
- Provide pre-sales support (requirements discovery, solution briefing) and post-sales coordination (handover to project teams, client communication).
- Work closely with internal consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' sales-related experience in the I.T. industry.
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Studies, or related disciplines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Strong willingness to learn about digital transformation, marketing technology, and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in software sales, solution sales, digital agency, IT consulting, or business development is an advantage.
- Experience in account management or managing enterprise clients is a plus.
- Detail-minded, organized, and a good team player.
- Good command of English; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Business travel may be required.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Sales Executive / Senior Business Development Executive.
