Business Development Manager (Banking exp.)

The Laboratory for AI-Powered Financial Technologies Limited (AIFT) aims to be a leading research centre on financial technologies and services. Currently we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager with extensive working experience in the banking industry and customer resources to join our growing team. 
 

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement;
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation;
• Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with cross-border e-commerce sellers and platform partners;
• Monitor product performance metrics such as adoption rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction;
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and resource availability;
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.

Qualification / Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry;

• Extensive industry resources and network connections;
• Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and coordination abilities, and market expansion capabilities;
• Strong business and market awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational coordination, customer service orientation, teamwork spirit, and able to work under pressure.
