Responsibilities
-
Lead all-rounded human resources functions including recruitment & training, Employee’s compensation & benefits, staff engagement and retention, performance management, etc.

Review Recruitment Strategy and explore different channels to strengthen stable and diversified workforce

Develop the Learning & Development framework of the Group to support the sustainable growth of our talents.

Support Performance Appraisal Review Mechanism by preparing market research and benchmarking analysis for management review.
-
Review Employee Benefits Scheme, Internal Control Procedures Manual and all HR-related policies and practices in a regular and compliant manner.
-
Embed sustainability both within the Company and in HR operations by organizing sustainability-related programs and preparing annual reports for management review.

Drive digitalization in HR Operations by leading HR system implementation and enhancement; and introduce new technologies where applicable.

Lead and train new teammates to get familiar with HR operations.

Develop good corporate culture by designing and formulating Employee Engagement Program and its implementation.

Prepare regular reports and consolidate results of different business units for management review, develop proper filing mechanism to uphold confidentiality.

Coordinate with other site offices on all HR-related matters under the Group’s Policy whenever necessary

Assist in driving Corporate HR Policy establishment and implementation, and ensure alignment among different business units

Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
-
Minimum 8 years’ solid working experience in a full spectrum of Human Resources functions in sizable or multi-national organization
-
Experience in Corporate HR Functions, Business Partners and Learning & Development would be advantageous
-
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related HR Ordinances
-
Knowledge in Employment law and regulations of other jurisdictions are of added advantage

High level of integrity, maturity and strong sense of responsibility

Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management
-
Pleasant personality with open-minded and positive attitude
-
A good team player and resourceful problem solver with strong sense of urgency & initiative
-
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management
-
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
