行政崗 Administrative Position

工作職責

1. 配合輪船行政部負責員工宿舍管理，做好台帳記錄；

2. 負責為公司租賃市場化商品住房作為部分員工在香港工作期間的宿舍，包括但不限於尋找合適的房源、租賃洽談、簽訂租賃合同、支付房租等；

3. 負責市場化租賃住房的管理，包括與業主及中介溝通協調入住、退租以及租住期間維修等的相關事宜，建立台帳；

4. 負責員工宿舍以及以公司名義租賃的市場化住房內部固定資產的管理，包括採購、維修，盤點，報廢等；

5. 協助完成其他行政辦公室相關工作；

6. 協助處理應急情況；

7. 完成上級領導交辦的其他工作。

任職要求

1. 高級文憑或以上學歷；

2. 擁有良好的溝通表達能力，母語粵語、普通話熟練；

3. 具備相關工作經驗和業務操作技能，熟悉商務禮儀；

4. 工作細心、認真負責，具有較強承壓能力；

5. 待人熱情，具有團隊精神、良好溝通能力。
   
   Job Responsibilities

   1. Cooperate with the Shipping Administration Department to manage employee dormitories and maintain detailed ledgers;

   2. Be responsible for renting commercial housing in the market as dormitories for some employees working in Hong Kong, including but not limited to sourcing suitable properties, negotiating leases, signing rental contracts, and paying rent;

   3. Manage the market-rented housing, including coordinating check-in, check-out, and maintenance during the tenancy with property owners and agents, and maintaining relevant ledgers;

   4. Manage the fixed assets in employee dormitories and market-rented housing leased in the company's name, including procurement, maintenance, inventory checks, and disposal;

   5. Assist with other administrative office-related tasks;

   6. Assist in handling emergency situations;

   7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

   Job Requirements

   1. Higher diploma or above;

   2. Excellent communication skills, proficient in native Cantonese and Mandarin;

   3. Relevant work experience and operational skills, familiar with business etiquette;

   4. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work well under pressure;

   5. Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and with strong communication skills.
