航運部/租船業務崗 Shipping Department/Chartering Operator

工作內容：

1. 參與公司船隊租船、攬取市場貨載、租入市場船舶等業務。

2. 負責跟進租船合約的執行情況。

3. 負責租船合約、客戶資料的維護與管理。

4. 參與搜集、追蹤、統計市場資訊工作。

5. 協助公司船隊的經營情況分析及研究工作。

6. 開發、維繫重點相關客戶。

7. 承辦上級交辦的其他工作任務。

任職要求：

1. 本科及以上學歷，航運管理、交通運輸、供應鏈物流等相關專業，全日制海事院校畢業者優先。

2. 英語聽說讀寫流利，可熟練開展商務溝通及專業郵件撰寫，溝通表達能力突出。

3. 熟練掌握辦公軟體操作，具備扎實的文檔處理與數據管理能力。

4. 能適應船舶全球營運的時差工作節奏，抗壓能力強，吃苦耐勞。

5. 具備較強的自主學習能力與靈活解決問題的能力，邏輯思維清晰。具備優秀的團隊合作精神與高度的責任心。
   
   Job Responsibilities:

   1. Participate in chartering company-owned vessels, securing cargoes from the market, and chartering in vessels from the market.

   2. Responsible for monitoring the execution of charter party agreements.

   3. Responsible for the maintenance and management of charter party contracts and customer documentation.

   4. Participate in the collection, tracking, and analysis of market information.

   5. Assist in the analysis and research of the company's fleet operational performance.

   6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.

   7. Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.

   Qualifications:

   1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Shipping Management, Transportation, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field. Graduates from full-time maritime academies/universities are preferred.

   2. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), proficient in business communication and professional email correspondence, with outstanding communication skills.

   3. Proficient in office software applications, possessing solid documentation processing and data management capabilities.

   4. Ability to adapt to work schedules accommodating global vessel operations across time zones. Strong stress tolerance, resilience, and diligence.

   5. Strong self-learning ability and flexible problem-solving skills, with clear logical thinking. Excellent team player with a high sense of responsibility.
